Nice game, was featured at GamingOnLinux.com in December.

Sorry to hear someone stole your game and uploaded for sale on Steam. Hope Valve acts quickly and bans the heck out of that scum. Cheers.

Unfortunately Böbl 1.2 ROM uses mapper 69 which is not supported in the current 3dSen emulation core.

No, it's not dead. Latest 3dSen patch was on April 6, 2021. 3dSen Maker hasn't been updated as there hasn't been a direct need.

An excellent little puzzler with great ambiance! Supports ultrawide! :)

Same issue on Debian sid, AMD RX6900XT.

So much satisfaction, time melts away... excellent fun! Also runs perfectly in Linux/Wine, I'm using Lutris 6.4. A Linux version would be cool though, wink wink. ;)

Cheers!

Fun little game!

Installed with the itch.io client. Game works well with ultrawide resolution.
It needs Vulkan to work properly with my 6900XT, using OpenGL everything goes near total dark on any graphics setting higher than the lowest, plus there's no crosshair. With Vulkan everything works perfectly. Siduction, kernel 5.11.6, Mesa git 21.1

Terminal:  ./Anger\ Foot.x86_64 -force-vulkan

Excellent game, mixing two timeless classics with a bit of paleontology.

Installs and runs great in the itch.io client on Siduction (Debian sid). Thanks for adding middle click 'big dig' feature!

Sounds good. Maybe have a chat with fellow itch'er MagellanicGames? Their game Office Point Rescue is also just a single file and works fine with the client.

That has nothing to do with the installation issue when using the itch.io client. The installation script isn't configured properly and nothing downloads.

Game looks great!

Any chance for a Linux version? I'd be happy to help with testing.

Yeah the manual download works. Hope you can fix the installer for the client!

The itch.io client can't install the Linux demo 0.1.03, error message:

No manager for installer unknown

64-bit version runs well in Debian sid, KDE, Nvidia 440.44
Launched from terminal, plays smooth in a 800x600 window with music (no sound effects?)

I assume the only controls are left/right or A/D, plus R to restart. All worked as expected.

Thumbs up my man!

Nice game! Runs and plays great on Debian, KDE Plasma, Logitech F710 gamepad.
Left monitor portrait mode 1080x1920, right monitor landscape mode 3440x1440.

Bug: game does not respect main monitor setting (right) and instead opens on the left monitor.
Also has no options for fullscreen, windowed mode or resolution.

This makes for a broken experience when my left monitor is in portrait mode and the game doesn't render properly, it doesn't fit entirely inside the 1080x1920 screen space. I can forcibly move the window to the right monitor but cannot resize the window or toggle fullscreen mode so that doesn't help. Can't seem to find any settings saved anywhere?

Running the Windows version in Wine allows the game to run properly and with the help of some KDE magic, it can even be resized.

Uploaded some screenshots to Imgur to illustrate the situation.

Cheers!

Nice game, runs flawlessly on Debian sid.

However it always starts in fullscreen and it doesn't handle ultrawide resolution properly. The image scales horizontally and gets cut off at the upper/lower edges.

Any way to manually set resolution or use windowed mode?

The binary isn't marked as executable, it's the file simply named nw. It doesn't run properly for me tho (Debian sid)

edit: works in Debian sid now :)

v02 seems to work perfectly for me too, max settings and runs super smooth. Even ultrawide support!

Debian sid, i5-3470, 16GB RAM, 1080ti 396.54, 3440x1440 monitor
